They get the time cards and enters beginning and ending time before lunch and
then the same for after lunch.

They enter any Sick, Vacation, or Holiday Hours

At the end of the week they print the spreadsheet so they have the numbers to
do the payroll checks. The printout looks similar to the entry of the
sheet.
